Instead of generating files and running them, the VM will run directly from the build and run JARs and such and classes on demand. Instead of just running through everything. Because running through everything it gets just rather painful because all the classes and such are hard to do and it just feels like a big pain because there are so many classes to process before you can run any kind of code. So I think this is the best choice.
