What if I move the tools to their own namespace? Well that would not work well because the manifest needs to be written and such. There also is no problem at all with having the compiler in there. Also the class file reader will need to be moved down to the run-time libraries so that it can be used by the compiler because it will need it to lookup symbols and such.

Thinking that in Compiler, everything except a single method will for the
most part have the same exact code. So to make things easier and less
duplicated it will be an abstract class instead of an interface that way
the duplicate code is not a problem.
