DISCLAIMER: These notes are from the defunct k8 project which precedes SquirrelJME. The notes for SquirrelJME start on 2016/02/26! The k8 project was effectively a Java SE 8 operating system and as such all of the notes are in the context of that scope. That project is no longer my goal as SquirrelJME is the spiritual successor to it.

I might for code, start adding the hungarian notation-ish in/out stuff on identifiers. Instead of my normal __foo, it will be __i_foo, __o_foo, or __io_foo. Would increase identifier size and usage though. I will see how it would work out. But eh, that would be a bit overkill. Everything is passed by value (references are pointers) and the arguments of a method are just local variables anyway.
