So when it comes to stuff such as KernelTask and KernelProgram I have it
where their equals/hashCode are identity since they should never be
replaced.

I suppose if one tries to install a JAR and there is not JIT or whatever to handle the installation of a JAR, then it will just say the device is not compatible or give another error. I think other error will be best.
