With the zero register, I do not actually need explicit instructions for jumping to an address. I can just use the integer comparison instruction which is nice. This will actually reduce the number of instructions I need to implement in the VM by a large amount. I only have to implement right now 13 + 15 instructions, so 28! This is much better than before which I had to implement like 200 or so. This definitely will simplify the VM!

I actually am going to need a check cast, or rather a jump if a reference is
not a given type. So this will definitely be removing the BREAKPOINT
instruction since I do not feel I really need it. But it would be a very
useful instruction to have. I do have a free space still so I might just add
a new SPECIAL group.
