I need to initialize the constant pool for the bootstrap class. It does not have to be fancy, it just has to be able to call the methods and fields in itself. Otherwise if this is not done the assembly for the bootstrap will be very complicated and very likely messy.

Okay so, there is going to have to be JVM specific in the kernel class.
Effectively statics which are used to check things and such, such if something
is a given instance. This would get rid of the IFCLASS stuff. It would just
return some value after doing the check and such.

I believe I am going to need to put the where information somewhere. Perhaps I can just inline it with the line data since not like that is really that important, well it is useful to say the least. I mean the line stuff contains debugging anyway, so the where stuff can be stored there anyway. Then for the where is, it can contain a special point which points to the method index so that way the where information can quickly be determined.
