I did have an idea, I definitely am going to need JDB and profiling so those can get compiled in as a kind of top layer that still runs in Java but does not act as part of profiling or debugging itself. Then have some kind of possible TCP layer on top so it can be accessed and profiled accordingly. It would definitely help and I have already written a debugger interface and profiling interface. Although I probably am going to need a profiler interface that is on top of the debugger interface potentially, so it can be common shared code.
