To help exception handling, I am going to need a table which contains the unique set of possible exception handlers for each possible instruction address. This way it will be easier to group them together and reduce the work needed to calculate it each time an exception is needed.

This can just be a part of ExceptionHandlerTable, basically a subset for
a given address.

Now with equals and hashCode, I can easily check if two tables are the same. Now I will essentially just do a method which returns exception tables for a specific address.
