Okay so I am doing a refactor of the VM stuff. I think it would be the best
thing to have separate JARs and otherwise for SpringCoat, SummerCoat, and
the future AutumnCoat. That way the standard jar and whatnot are not
used and modified for resources and such. this would involve folding the
resource generation tasks into this Jar processing one. The resource adding
stuff is kind of a hack. I would still need the MIME decoding tasks for the
resources however. So maybe I really just need it for anything past
SpringCoat.
